The Administrative Assistant is a non-management position that will perform, coordinate and oversee all office administrative duties in support of the President/CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Maintain calendar, appointment schedule and travel arrangements for President/CEO
Attend Management and other meetings, take minutes and prepare handouts
Receive and distribute incoming correspondence and distribute to appropriate channels
Compose/prepare correspondence, sales proposals and special reports for President/CEO
Spearhead marketing campaigns to include composing e-newsletters, email blasts, and etc.
Organize and coordinate arrangements for special events, meetings, projects, and etc.
Manage full-time employee onboarding and biweekly payroll as assigned by President/CEO
With Management team, develop and implement company policies and procedures
Receive/check/approve/sign requisitions, forms, and documents for President/CEO
Purchase office supplies and manage requests for equipment repair and/or servicing
Attend community and networking functions as directed or assigned
Document, organize, and store important documents in electronic filing and hard-copy form
Manage electronic company database: storing, updating and purging as needed
Comply with all Federal and State guidelines and laws for full-life cycle recruiting firm
Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and other assigned administrative duties as required by the President/CEO and/or Managing Director
