Thoroughly research account information
Exercise good judgment in processing customer disputes and inquiries
Properly advise and support consumers needs for due date changes, extensions, etc.
Provide feedback to management about process efficiency and ways to improve the customer experience.
Schedule: This position is full-time, requiring schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends as needed

Salary: $13.00 /hour
" 2 years of customer service required
" 1-2 years relevant customer service experience automotive finance field preferred.
" Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
" Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills required with demonstrated ability to learn complex, multi-step processes involving multiple technological systems
" Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and focused on meeting time sensitive deadlines while managing multiple high priority tasks
" Team player
" Exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast pace environment
Availability to work overtime as needed
