We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, electrical distribution and controls, computer skills - both Microsoft and Rockwell, and industrial maintenance.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility.
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Manages maintenance request system on items related to Maintenance Department.
• Oversee replacement parts ordering and control.
• Responsible for documenting maintenance procedures in accordance with TS procedures.
• Responsible for training, review, and disciplinary activities with all maintenance staff.
• Active participant in ISO/TS, safety, and suggestion committee meetings.
• Lead Maintenance Area Vital Signs meetings.
• Participate in plant area vital sign meetings as needed.
• Function as project lead on capital projects as needed.

Skills:

• 3 years maintenance experience.
• Electrical distribution and controls experience.
• Proficiency in project management for overseeing maintenance projects.
• Experience in industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to effectively manage maintenance operations.
