Marketplace Professional Staffing is a 28-year-old, locally owned and operated staffing agency, with an outstanding reputation. We are currently hiring Industrial Painters for a local Piedmont Manufacturing company.

Do you have experience in powder coating processes and a strong mechanical aptitude? We want to talk to you!

Shifts available:

• 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11pm
• 3rd shift: 11pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate powder coating equipment efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills
- Experience with forklift operation for material handling
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components
- Knowledge of auto painting techniques is a plus
- Proficiency with power tools commonly used in metal fabrication
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Prior experience in industrial painting is advantageous
