We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant, The HR Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in managing employee records, administering HR programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties:

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Process employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Coordinate with hiring manager and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process
• coordinate new hire orientations with hiring managers and work to transform the process to be led by hiring managers
• Support the administration and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the local state, and federal levels

Qualifications:

- Associates preferred

- 3 years in progressive HR position

- HR certified, a plus
- Ability to develop skills through webinars, trainings, and with peer development
- Great communication skills
- Ability to be innovative yet compliant with HR approach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
