As an Administrative Assistant you must be organized, quick learner, personable and a team player. Invoicing and Accounting experience a plus!
Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 9am to 5pm Friday 9am-12pm
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Plans, organizes and directs all programs and activities of the billing and collections office; reviews general procedures, methods and results of budget preparation and control; treasury management; accounting; internal auditing and utility invoicing.
Record and maintain meeting minutes.
Data entry billing information or update accounts
Prepare listing of delinquent account and prepare appropriate notices
Prepare deposit reports
Provides administrative direction to the central accounting function, including preparation of various financial reports
Bachelor s degree in accounting preferred or equivalent accounting experience
6 years practical bookkeeping experience and related clerical work or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
Complete proficiency in computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
QSI software experience a plus
Communicates effectively through verbal and written communications
Self-directed individual with excellent customer service skills
