Perform credit investigation calls to references, employers, insurance companies and similar individuals
Provide investigative customer service to assess accurately all issues impacting a customer so that appropriate solutions are reached
Ensure all files (paper and electronic) are updated with investigative information and results in a clear, accurate and timely manner
Assist in handling incoming phone traffic and route calls appropriately
Communicate with dealers and internal customers on missing stipulations and documents
3 or more years of relevant customer service, investigations and/or financial industry experience with a proven record in the call center environment. Subprime experience preferred.
The ability to think analytically, solve problems and complete projects.
Excellent written communication skills, able to clearly communicate findings to associate personnel and senior leadership.
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
An enjoyment of high-volume, fast-paced work.
Spanish fluency is a definite plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor s preferred.
