LOAN ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to team and desire to provide world class customer service.
Establish a solid understanding of consumer auto lending
Exercise good judgment in processing customer disputes and inquiries
Properly advise and support consumers needs for due date changes, extensions, etc.
Provide feedback to management about process efficiency and ways to improve the customer experience
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience -automotive finance field preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills required with demonstrated ability to learn complex, multi-step processes involving multiple technological systems
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and focused on meeting time sensitive deadlines while managing multiple high priority tasks
Team player willing to collaborate with a team to meet goals
Exhibit adaptability and flexibility as this full-time position may require evening and weekends
