Maintenance Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, electrical distribution and controls, computer skills - both Microsoft and Rockwell, and industrial maintenance.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Manages maintenance request system on items related to Maintenance Department.
- Oversee replacement parts ordering and control.
- Responsible for documenting maintenance procedures in accordance with TS procedures.
- Responsible for training, review, and disciplinary activities with all maintenance staff.
- Active participant in ISO/TS, safety, and suggestion committee meetings.
- Lead Maintenance Area Vital Signs meetings.
- Participate in plant area vital sign meetings as needed.
- Function as project lead on capital projects as needed.
Skills:
- 3 years maintenance experience.
- Electrical distribution and controls experience.
- Proficiency in project management for overseeing maintenance projects.
- Experience in industrial maintenance practices.
- Ability to effectively manage maintenance operations.
