Marketplace Professional Staffing is a 27-year-old, locally owned and operated staffing agency, with an outstanding reputation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager for a local Fountain Inn South Carolina organization.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines

- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions

- Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize productivity

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products

- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of production processes, including the use of power tools, mechanical assembly, fabrication, and warehouse operations

- Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
