Responsibilities:
- Identify and interview qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and attend job fairs on behalf of Marketplace Professional Staffing
- Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
- Full cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, logistics and automotive.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Past track record of strong values, success, stability in employment
· Associates degree or 2 years of college experience
· 1 year of recruiting experience
