Responsibilities:

• Identify and interview qualified candidates for open positions
• Coordinate and attend job fairs on behalf of Marketplace Professional Staffing
• Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
• Full cycle recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics and automotive.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Past track record of strong values, success, stability in employment
• Associates degree or 2 years of college experience
• 1 year of recruiting experience
