We’re searching for a dynamic, driven, and resourceful Account Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen existing partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and conducting market research
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to match client needs
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast sales
• Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs
• Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep knowledge of our industry

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven staffing industry experience (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Salesforce CRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
• Self-motivated with strong research and organizational abilities
• Team player who thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment
