We are seeking an experienced business-to-business Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a proven record of professionalism. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, work alongside the Marketing and Operations Team, and present customized solution plans to prospects.

• $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Proactively set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Complete regular customer service audits with existing clients
• B2B outside sales
• Actively participate in and contribute to regular meetings with leadership team
• Ability to network and work with business owners, CEOs, etc.
• Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively.
• Demonstrate ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis.
• Ensure all revenue goals are achieved
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (outside sales)
• Minimum 4-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Staffing experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software, MS Office, and Office 365
• Skilled at negotiation, decision-making, and utilizing sound judgement based on facts
