Spa Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of a new Medical Spa in the Greenville SC
The Spa Manager will be responsible for the medical aesthetics practice running smoothly. Managing the daily activities of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Answer phone and book appointments
- Maintain and coordinate schedules with MD and Aestheticians.
- Help create specials and packages
- Ensure patient consent forms are digitally sent and signed
- Social Media content and update website as needed, including new services, price changes, photos and testimonials
- Follow up with patients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Record staff work hours for payroll
- Attend occasional social events and networking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in spa management or a similar role
- Knowledge of SEO marketing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Initiative
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with Square
- Handling financial transactions and inventory control
- Working in aesthetics, medical or cosmetics in a supervisory roll is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
